18thC Unbranded Brass Long Case Clock Dial Only a/f Restoration Project

This is one of a number of 18-19th Century long case clock dials and movements which are from the extensive collection that belonged to the late Eric Morton 1945 - 2019. I know very little about clocks and know little jargon relating to them. Any questions please ask and I will answer them as best I can. All items are for spares - repair only and may have bits missing but I know that some NON clock collectors only want a dial to hang on a wall as a furnishing with their surname or a local place name etc. All are A/F = as found. This is an unbranded solid brass dial that has a date dial in the centre along with 3 other dial insets that are missing their hands. It has Roman Numerals and numbers engraved onto the ring border along with a little fleur de lis pattern.

Looks like it should have had spandrels in the corners but they have been removed. The metal ware is dusty and tarnished. There are some light green paint marks on the front. There are some surface scuffs etc. 1 of the 3 shafts that hold the movement in place is good, one missing and one broken.

Please see pictures provided for more details and visual confirmation of condition. 11 and 1/8 inches x 11 and 1/8 inches in total and weighs approx. My stock ref : Unit 9. Scale is usually an English 1 penny coin which is 20mm in diameter which is just short of 7/8ths of an inch in diameter, or a universal Coke can, and we all know how big those are.
