A Fine Quality Georgian Mahogany Longcase Clock No name but most likely a London clock. With Unusual Paintings depicting Don Quixote a late Georgian clock circa 1780 with the paintings done I would say late Victorian times, a good quality case with a good 8 day movement striking the hours on a cast bell, all Stripped cleaned, and oiled with new gut lines together with a lovely arch brass and silvered chapter ring with silent strike feature, a seconds dial and calendar facility fitted, Complete with 2 brass cased weights quality pendulum and winding crank key.
All in all a lovely period Longcase clock which would grace any home. Size height 89 inches and width 21 inches all in perfect working restored condition. Please study the photos as these form part of the description.
