Beautiful large mahogany pagoda top longcase clock which has a removable hood and a hinged door to the trunk The case is in excellent condition with a beautiful age patina to it The clock has a silvered arched 16" x 12" dial which is signed by the maker'Marmaduke Storr of London', the dial has a seconds and calendar sub dials, to the arch there is a silent/strike selection dial The maker is well documented in all the books and died in C1750 The dial is in great condition It has a english 8 day 5 pillar bell striking weight driven movement and comes with its pendulum and weights The movement strikes the bell the amount of hours on the hour Movement is in full working order keeping good time and striking as it should?? The clock measures 97 inches high x 19.75 inches wide x 10 inches deep.

Beautiful large mahogany pagoda top longcase clock which has a removable hood and a hinged door to the trunk with its original lock and key. The hood has a glazed hinged door and glass panels on the side with reeded brass pillars either side, the door has its original lock and key.
The top of the hood has its original brass flame finials. The case is in excellent condition with a beautiful age patina to it.
