Beautiful english solid oak longcase clock with a removable arched top hood and a hinged door to the trunk with its original lock and key The case has a slimline design with a stunning golden oak colouring with a beautiful patina The clock has a brass and silvered arched dial which is signed by the maker'John Startudge', it has a silvered engraved chapter ring and boss The dial is in excellent amazing condition It has a English 8 day duration bell striking weight driven movement with its pendulum and weights The movement strikes the bell the amount of hours on the hour Movement is in full working order keeping good time and striking as it should??
