Antique longcase clock 8 day Flame Mahogany

Lovely looking London Longcase clock, circa 1810, eight day duration which strikes each hour on a bell. With John Hardie London etched in the arch of the silvered dial The case made of mahogany with the trunk door having beautiful flame mahogany figuring The hood with flat top line inlay cartouches together with lovely brass capitals to the fluted columnstrunk with line inlay canted corners arched trunk door with line inlay and contrast mahogany order this is a fine looking clock.

The clock standing 86 inches high with a width of 20.00 inches at the widest point. The movement has recently had a cleaned and oiled with new gut lines, the case been restored to bring it back to it's former glory and is a lovely golden colour it is in good working order and ready to display in the home, and requires no further restoration, with nice period hands. Complete with 2 weights brass pendulum and winding crank key.
