Benj Pain Little Thorp Leicestershire
I have this small rare clock 12 square from Little Thorp Leicester. In the "Leicester Clock Makers" book there is only one other example known. The movement is 30hr which would need a complete overall. It has false winders to make it look 8 day. One of the drive wheels has split and a previous owner has put 3 little bolts in it.
It comes with a bell and bell stand but this has been damaged and bent in half. There is no chain but there is a pendulum and original weight. The case is made of oak and is a very nice colour.
