Early Antique 12in Hand Painted 8 Day Grandfather Clock Movement/Arched Dial

Early Antique 12in Hand Painted 8 Day Grandfather Clock Movement/Arched Dial. Well made 12in hand painted 18/19th Century Grandfather clock dial signed on the false plate'Osbourne'.

It needs a good clean but may work and one tooth on the back right barrel has had a little repair. It has its two pulleys and bell, which rings well. The seat board is also present.

The hand painted dial is in wonderful shape for an item of this age, well over 100 years old! The dial hands are there and in the arch is a hand painted scene depicting a cottage, a lady and some cattle with a castle in the distance. This is a nice size. It is 12in wide x 17in tall.

Looks hand painted and 18th/19th century in date. Would have originally had a 8 day movement attached to it. See photos as they form part of the overall description.
