Quality Mahogany longcase (case only) 12 inch square dial mask

A very good quality mahogany longcase case. 4 Ogee feet, with a drum base with canted front corners. The trunk has quality reeded quarter pillars, capped with quality quarter brass cappings. The mahogany veneered book matched door with mother of pearl escutcheon & later lock & key. The hood has 2 pillars & brass capitals to the top & bottom, glass is intact there has been a later lock & key in the hood door. The mask in the hood door has a 12 inch aperture for a suitable 8 day clock. The sizes are 83 Inches tall approx 7 Feet so a nice size for a room. The drum base is 19 inches wide & 10 inches depth.

The trunk is 15 inches wide X 7.5 inches depth. The hood is 20 inches width. Please Note This is collection only close to Junction 29 M1 or A38.
