The clock has gorgeous sounding chimes on 8 long gong rods with the hour strike on a further four gong rods for a rich, resonant sound. The chimes are not too loud and a very smooth, sonerous and stately sound. Good WEIGHT SO EASY TO MOVE ARROUND THE HOUSE. Choice of Westminster, Whittington, St Michaels or silent quarter chimes (lever at 3 O'Clock).
