The bezel which I think is brass or very heavily patinated. The clock is accessed by the removal of a brass plate, and here it's wound with a very ancient looking key. The dial or movement has no indication of maker, so maker or country I have no idea. It larger and heavier than the couple of others seen online today and I'd say it was quite good quality - try and find another! We waxed the oak and as the photos show it's quite good looking.
We've done no work to the movement. 43cms or just about 17 in height.
Just over 15cms or 6 in width. Just over 8cms in depth. The dial has a diameter of 10cms.
